Registration Eligibility: Only students who are of legal age to enter into contracts in their respective jurisdictions may register for this course.
Course Content: The course content provided through live in-person, streamed, or on-demand classes is for educational purposes only. It may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission from the course provider.
Registration and Payment: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Payment for the course must be made in full before gaining access to the course materials.
Course Access: Your access to the course will be granted upon successful registration and payment. Access may be revoked if any violation of these terms is detected.
Copyright and Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, and other content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions related to the course, including live sessions, discussions, and communications with instructors and fellow students.
Confidentiality: Any information shared during the course, including discussions and case studies, is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Technical Requirements: For virtual sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure you have access to suitable hardware, software, and internet connection to participate effectively.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: For registration cancellations, RENI will issue a class credit for the full registration fee that can be used toward a future class within one year of the original class date. If travel reservations are required for your attendance, the student agrees to check back with RENI 10 days prior to the event to confirm the class is being held. If the class is canceled, and the student did not check back in to confirm class status, travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
Liability: The course provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the course, including but not limited to any financial, personal, or professional losses.
Changes to Course: The course provider reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change any aspect of the course, including schedules, instructors, or content, at their sole discretion.
Communication: Negotiation Expertise, LLC does not rent, lease or sell your personal information to other parties. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email message.
Termination: The course provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the course for violation of these terms or any other inappropriate behavior deemed detrimental to the learning environment.
Governing Law: In the event of an alleged default or dispute arising out of or related to these terms of use all Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Maricopa County Superior Court, in Phoenix, Arizona, and will not object to the jurisdiction of that Court.
